We need your support by providing the following types of items for the auction. 

New or like new 

A charitable receipt will be issued for new items for the value of the receipt provided. Items without a receipt will receive a charitable receipt for the amount the item sells for.

Hand-crafted or baked items

We know there are many talented folks in the congregation. A charitable receipt will be issued for the amount that the item sells for. 

Special services

If you want to provide a service like shoveling snow, mowing grass, golf lessons, special meals, or anything else that is a service that would be great. We can provide a receipt for the amount that this sells for.

Other

As this is an online auction, we are not looking for older used items or things that you would sell at a garage sale. If you have something that you would like to donate but are not sure if it would work for the auction, just check with one of the committee members.

Please think outside the box for items that are different, and you know people would want to bid on. Small items are fine as we can combine them into baskets or buy now items.

Auction items may be dropped off at the church Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm or after worship on Sunday. Please contact one of the committee members if you need to have us pick up your item.

Please complete a donation form that provides us with your information as well as the name of the item and a description.

Promotion

We need your help to spread the word to friends and family. If you are on social media or have a large email group of friends, please share our auction website.

Bidding will be online by computer, phone, or tablet only.

We are looking for volunteers to help with collecting items, pick-up day, and delivery of items. Please contact one of the committee members.
