Duties:
The Ministry and Personnel Committee is responsible for overseeing the relationship of the st. Andrew’s staff to each other and to the community of faith. They regularly review the working conditions, responsibilities and compensation of staff members. The committee reports to and takes direction from the Leadership Team. Policies and procedures to be followed are defined in manuals provided by the United Church of Canada.
